Almond coconut granola

 

Recipe:

1 egg white

3 cups gluten free oats

1 ½ cups slivered almonds

¾ cup of unsweetened coconut flakes

¼ cup of ground flaxseed

¼ cup chia seeds

¼ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

¼ cup sesame seeds

2 tablespoons brown sugar

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon cinnamon

¼ teaspoon almond extract

¼ cup coconut oil, melted

1/3 cup agave

 

 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (or 325 with convection)

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and toss well to combine.

Spread granola mixture on a baking sheet. Bake 18 minutes rotating once.

Put into an airtight container when completely cool.
