This granola kicks all other granola's butt. It's packed with flavor! Peanut-buttery goodness, pecans and chocolatey cacoa nibs. You don't need much of this to make a big impact. It's great as a snack, with almond milk, or in your yogurt. It's also perfect for kids because the flavor is agreeable but the nutrition is there too.
Take all of your ingredients and put them into a very large mixing bowl. Using a gloved hand mix all of the ingredients really well. You want to make sure that all of the oats are covered with the ingredients evenly. Spread the granola out on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes rotating once halfway through.
This granola keeps well in an airtight container or zippered bag for up to 10 days.
